He liked the look and ability to put so much in it. His job requires that he fly commercial airlines often. The case does not fit under the seat in front and if he is on a commuter flight (smaller plane) it does not fit in the overhead either. If you don't need to fly, this bag is great. This would have cost hundreds of dollars with all the options in another bag. It is sturdy, compact, and pratical. Wheels are smooth rolling and the handle is stable. What more can I say? It goes through airport security without question. As you'd expect from Wenger the construction, wheels, zippers are all solid. Sometimes the handle is a little tricky to extend or stow and over all it "feels" shakier than I would like but this is a common issue among these 4 stage extensions. <br /> <br />I like the layout. LOVE the front zip pocket and the file/flex drop down. <br /> <br />Note the size, particularly if you are looking at it for travel - it won't fit into many of the small overhead compartments such as the CRJs. Also, If you put much into the included laptop back (like a laptop) it really bulges into the adjoining pockets both in front and back. I can fit my laptop, the basic accessories (power chords, mouse, earphones, etc.), my pocketbook moleskine planner, my cell phone, wallet, keys, mini-bottle of hand sanitizer, and a good medium size book. I had been reluctant to get something like this because I was worried that it would be big and bulky and end up looking like a hoarder's tote bag. Clearly, this bag is not.
