I run 12-15 miles a week, am 34 years old, 5’10″ & 215, have narrow flat feet with slight over pronation. If I get the wrong running shoe, I will know in a couple of weeks because I will start getting shin splints or patellar tendonitis. I have gone thru two pair of the Saucony Omni 7s over the last year, and when it was time to buy again, I went with these. I have put about 50 miles on them or so far with no unusual aches or pains. They are a little bit more flexible then the Omni 7′s and they are just a little loose for my narrow foot and ankle but not too bad. I think if you’re built like me and run about as much as I do; these are good bang for the buck shoes.
